Via Roma Pizza began in Mineola, where Mark and Joey started experimenting with creative pizza variations and traditional Italian dishes. Their goal was simple: serve meals that people would enjoy with family and friends. In 1995, they opened the doors in Merrick, NY, and over the years, the restaurant became a local favorite for fresh pizza, authentic Italian entrees, and casual dining.
